1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange You may request an exchange if your product is incorrect or incomplete within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and without flaws.
- The product must include all original tags and original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.
2. Transit Damage: please follow these strict guidelines:
- Refuse Damaged Parcels: If a parcel is torn or open, Do Not Accept it. Ask the courier to record "Damaged Parcel" as the reason for refusal.
- Remarks Requirement: Remarks must be recorded at time of delivery or return for any damage claim. If you accept a damaged parcel without these remarks, it is marked as a "Safe and Sound Delivery," and we cannot provide an exchange or return.
3. Required Evidence: Unboxing Video A complete, unedited unboxing video is mandatory for all exchange requests. Without this video, your request will be automatically declined.
4. Strict Exclusions (No Exchange or Return) Areem Studio will not accept exchanges or returns for:
- Change of Mind: "No longer needed," "Just want to cancel," or "Don't like the product".
- Color Variations: Slight differences in color or texture due to screen lighting/monitors.
- Washing Damage: Any item that has been washed, dried, or shrunk. We are not responsible for color bleeding or fading after washing.
- Special Collections: Items from the Sale/Discount section, Pre-booking orders, International orders, or Formal/Chiffon Collections.
5. Costs and Procedures
- No Monetary Refunds: We do not offer cash refunds; we only provide product exchanges.
- Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs (both ways) for any exchange.
- Tracking ID: Once an exchange request is accepted, you must provide the return tracking ID within 48 hours, or the request will be cancelled.
- Warehouse Responsibility: Areem Studio is only responsible for the returned item once it physically reaches our warehouse.
